Keri Elvin (Bachelor of Education, Diploma in Teaching) is an experienced leader of learning in schools, not for profit organisations, cultural institutions and community organisations. She has been a professional facilitator of learning with Massey University, Ako Panuku, The Office of Ethnic Affairs, Auckland Schools Community Education Association and ACE Taranaki. Keri oversees the strategic direction of Te Poupou. She is dedicated to providing support for tutors and learners in developing their potential through dynamic literacy and numeracy strategies. Having a passion for lifelong learning, she is instrumental in assisting people discover the value of learning.

Desaree Borrie, BMS Honours (Human Resources and Marketing) Desaree has a background in Human Resources, working in the private and public sectors both in New Zealand and overseas. As Lead Tutor Coordinator Desaree acts as a bridge between external stakeholders, tutors and learners. Having experience in professional development and recruitment Desaree has a keen interest in helping others develop their skills and reach their full potential. Desaree is currently completing the NCALNE (Voc) to enhance her own skills and embed key literacy strategies into her teaching.
